Well, at least we’re consistent. Yet another week with a 2-3* or 3-2 record. I don’t want to insight a panic of any sorts, but we come into Week 10 knowing there are just a few short weeks remaining of the college football season. Where did the time go? The only thing we can do is set our eyes on the prize and zone in on the remaining winners. We need to cram up Vegas’s cramhole. Get back to our ways of just absolutely dominating the analytical pimple poppers. It’s time to go the distance.

(5) Ohio State @ Nebraska: Ohio State -14

Last week was such a fluke for this team. Go back and read the blog on it. It was the worst way to start a wave ever in the history of waves. It was a botched boogie board attempt compared to hangin’ 10 on a Pyzel in Maui. Therefore, I am riding with them again and if they cover today - we’re jumping right back on the board. Wax it up this weekend, we’re looking for the ultimate ride.

Final Score: Ohio State 38, Nebraska 21

Temple @ East Carolina: East Carolina -15.5

I’m probably going to lose this pick only because of the karma gods shining down on the fact that I haven’t watched one Temple game this season. As an alum, that’s pretty sad. But you want to know what’s even more sad? Temple football.

I actually have watched a few ECU games this season enough to know that they can play, whereas Temple can really only lay down and die. If ECU can go up early at home, I don’t expect them to take their boot off the Owls neck.

Final Score: East Carolina 45, Temple 17

Tulsa @ (6) Cincinnati: Cincinnati -22.5

Probably the biggest disrespect game we have this season. The CFB Playoff Rankings dropped for the first time this past week, and the undefeated Bearcats were left out of not only the Top 4, but the Top 5! I mean, the playoff committee knew exactly what it was doing to start bringing attention back to college football leading up to playoff runs. But this was just over the line. Cincinnati should be in the 2-4 conversation easily, 4 being the worst I could rank them as it currently stands. And I’m not alone in this logic, every single member of the Bearcats organization, the entire student body, and a good bit of the country is feeling some type of way about this. It is for that reason, they will wipe the floor with Tulsa today. I know it’s a lot of points, but Cincinnati has a lot to prove today - I believe they will.

Final Score: Cincinnati 54, Tulsa 17

(4) Oregon @ Washington: Oregon -7

For as much disrespect as Cincinnati got, Oregon received the most respect. Being able to go 8 games and have a loss to a bad Stanford team usually does not result in you having a Top 4 playoff bound ranking in November. With that said - this is a ‘choose your own destiny’ game. The road to the college football playoff has been paved and handed on a silver platter for the Ducks. I’ll trust they at least make it somewhere down this path before blowing it

Final Score: Oregon 32, Washington 24

UTSA @ UTEP: UTSA -11

Wait.. what? UTSA was off last week but heading into their Week 8 matchup against LA Tech, they were the 24th ranked team in the nation (first time in program history - they won us cash). Now coming back off the bye and they no longer have a ranking? I feel like ESPN must be broken because this just makes zero sense. They smoked LA Tech. The disrespect! For the record, UTSA is 7-1 ATS this season. They may have been the wave all along.

Final Score: UTSA 41, UTEP 27

Running Record: (118-98-3)
